Setting up your account

1 - Choose any number of customised HTML templates.

Our templates are based on standardised templates known to be friendly across all major email clients (an 'email client' is piece of software, or website, that a person uses to access their email, e.g. Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.).

2 - Receive a visual report illustrating how your templates appear in various email clients.

HTML emails are notorious for looking different in various email clients. Our templates are tried and tested across all the major email clients and we even provide you with a visual report.

3 - Supply us with your mailing list.

A simple text document is all that is required to import your mailing list into our system. If any errors present themselves in your data we can advise you about their occurrence.

4 - Integrate the newsletter signup form onto your website.

If it suits the purpose, we will be happy to work with you to add a signup form on your website.

Sending emails

1 - Provide us with your news, and the desired time and date for dispatch.

Each news item generally comes with a title and main content. You may like to add links in the content back to your website.

2 - Receive a spam filter report 

Before sending your e-mail campaign we will provide you with a report which outlines how various spam filters will deal with your email content and, if there is an issue, we will advise you how to change the content to pass the filters.

3 - Receive a test email for approval

We will send a test email to an e-mail address of your choice for final approval before dispatch.

4 - After dispatch, you can access full, detailed statistics and reports

Our state-of-the-art email centre gives you the ability to log in to view the success of your various campaigns, open rates and click rates, most popular links, who clicked what and when... all this allows you to understand your market better and fine tune your subsequent campaigns.
